- What is our style of coaching?
- How does coaching work and what does it cost?
- Some questions to ask yourself to get started.
- Still need more information about coaching?

To know if relationship coaching is for you, you need to know:
  1. Where you'd like to be at. How will you know when you've gotten to where you want to be in your relationships
  2. Are you willing to work on making the changes in your life that will get you to your relationship goal(s).

If you can answer those questions then we will help you design and implement a plan of action. We will help to personalize this plan in a way that fits you and makes sense for you.

A Big Secret

Having over 27 years of counselling experience, and by having clients fill out evaluation forms at the end of counseling, we were able to discover two major things:

  1. We were blessed with overwhelming success i.e. the huge majority of our clients make progress with their issues.
  2. There was one big factor that distinguished the majority of clients that progress from the few that didn't and that was this: the ones that progressed were willing to practice skills or do assignments between sessions.

After every coaching session we will collaboratively have an action plan in place to help you reach your goals.

Some Goals achieved by clients through Coaching:

In Personal Relationships:

  1. Where you'd like to be at. How will you know when you've gotten to where you want to be in your relationships
  2. Are you willing to work on making the changes in your life that will get you to your relationship goal(s).
In Personal Growth:
  1. Ability to achieve a much greater balance in work and family (personal areas).
  2. Achieve individual spiritual growth/ relationship with God.
  3. Have the ability to say no and not be taken advantage of.
  4. Ability to have confidence in social situations.

Our Style:

1. There will be an emphasis on inviting you to look at things that we think may be important, but there will be no confrontation, or pushing.

2. There will be an emphasis on taking action - in ways that are compatible for you.

3. We will speak plainly and give you straight advice.

The biggest gift I bring to coaching is both a "real feet on the ground wisdom" and years of experience in knowing what works and what doesn't in relationships.

The biggest gift coaching gives me is the great joy I experience when people make the change which allows them love and joy in their relationships. (It gives great meaning to my life).

How Does It Work:

1. Contact us for a free 20 minute session. During this time your coach will want to hear all about you and where you'd like to go personally or in your relationships. You'll get a chance to sample what coaching is like.

2. Coaching works by phone. Your monthly fee will be $250 for one month of coaching. You can choose whether to have three thirty minute calls per month (one call per week for three weeks) or two forty-five minute calls (one every other week). You would pay by credit card at the first of each month. This retainer confirms your sessions for the month.

3. Before each coaching session, your coach will e-mail or fax you a form to help focus each coaching session.

Risk Free:

If after the first session of coaching you feel like this isn't a good fit or you're dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know and you will receive a full refund.

Added value:

From time to time you will receive free e-mail support between sessions. You can call me with an inquiry between sessions (please limit to 5 to 10 minutes) or e-mail me and I will respond as soon as possible.
