As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience, I provide a compassionate, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore what’s going on and begin to find your way forward.
I work with both adults (18+), youth & teens and Parents (of any age children), helping clients better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. My goal is to support you in feeling seen, heard, and empowered to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

My Approach
My therapeutic work is grounded in an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. I integrate a number of evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused & Attachment-Based Therapy
Each session is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies to manage symptoms or deeper exploration of patterns and relationships, we will work collaboratively toward your goals.
Experience
Over the past 20+ years, I have worked in child and youth mental health; a crisis child and youth mental health program through Fraser Health; a non-profit program for high risk kids; and as an adult mental health clinician specializing in reproductive mental health – supporting women through pregnancy loss, birth loss, birth trauma, anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum.
Graduate of Trinity Western University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Registered with BCACC as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
